Requesting a Special Review requires reaching out to third parties to meet the criteria to qualify for such request.  This process typically takes between 4-6 months to complete.  Our professionals know what it is like to be denied parole and receive a set-off.

Parole Express's Special Review Program consists of four (4) steps that have been created to develop the most comprehensive but yet concise presentation possible for the Candidate. Once complete, this presentation is sent to the assigned member of the parole board in Austin to approve or deny such request. In Texas, the Administrative Code stipulates specific conditions in which such request can be approved. Parole Express, via its four-step program, will do everything possible to fulfill these criteria.
