Our Reduction of Sentence Program consists of five (5) steps that have been created to develop the most comprehensive and exhaustive presentation possible to present a successful Application for a Commutation.  This Commutation Presentation offers the Parole Board and ultimately the Governor, the most convincing information and documents needed to attain a favorable recommendation from all parties.

So many Candidates spend their time and scarce resources on “Writs of Habeas Corpus (11.07s)” or later in federal court with “2254s” but the chance of getting such remedies granted is literally 1-2%.  Not to mention that attorney fees are astronomical and this process seldom takes less than a year even to get a response.  The only people that win anything in these remedies are the lawyers.
